How To Point Domain Name From Godaddy To Bluehost Hosting

When you sign up for hosting with Bluehost, you receive one free domain name with your Bluehost web hosting purchase. Any other domain names that you’d like to have you have to purchase. It’s very common for most people to buy their domain names from a separate domain registrar company like Godaddy.

The most significant factor causing this is domain pricing. When purchasing an additional domain name from Bluehost, it will cost you $12 for a year and then another $12 for domain privacy for a year. I highly recommend you get domain privacy, so your private information isn’t out for telemarketers to bug you all day long.

The cost of getting a domain name with Godaddy is right around $12, and Godaddy charges an additional $8 for domain privacy for a year. Godaddy is just a little bit cheaper than Bluehost when purchasing your domain name and domain privacy together.

Let’s get started with this step-by-step guide on how to point domain name from Godaddy to Bluehost hosting.
